Follow Route 7 North to New Milford, turn right onto Route 202 and go over Veteran’s Bridge.
Travel through three traffic lights, pass village green on left, then bear left onto Route 202 East.
Travel approximately 1.5 miles to 72 Park Lane Road (Route 202 IS Park Lane) on the right, past the New Milford Hospital, Police Department and shortly after the Visiting Nurses. 

From Litchfield:

Follow Route 202 South toward New Milford.
At the intersection of Route 202 and Route 109 begin to watch for 72 Park Lane Road (Route 202 IS Park Lane). The office is about 2/10 of a mile from that intersection on the left next door to Gold Bond Realty.

From Southbury:

Follow Route 67 into New Milford. At the intersection of Route 202, bear right onto Route 202 East and follow about 1.5 miles to 72 Park Lane Road (Route 202 IS Park Lane) on the right, past the New Milford Hospital, police department and shortly after the Visiting Nurses.

From Kent:

Follow Route 7 South to New Milford, turn left onto Route 202 and go over Veteran’s Bridge. Travel through three traffic lights, pass village green on left, then bear left onto Route 202 East. Travel approximately 1.5 miles to 72 Park Lane Road (Route 202 IS Park Lane) on the right past the New Milford Hospital, police department and shortly after the Visiting Nurses.
